Receiving

All units are received into our computer system for tracking, accountability, and reporting


Loading docks can accommodate large shipments




Cleaning and Disassembly

All units are completely disassembled and thoroughly cleaned




Our bead blaster removes grime that cannot be cleaned by hand


Our Ultrasonic Machine removes dirt and corrosion that hand cleaning often misses or is unable to remove






Drying Room

Units are dried in a temperature and humidity controlled environment


Repair and Assembly

Repairs and re-assembly are performed by Factory Trained technicians in our 65K sq. ft. facility




We stock thousands of parts that are used in repairs and are available for resale


Quality Control

Quality is the life blood of our business. We know that repair quality directly affects your sales, service costs, and your customer's experience. We take this seriously and take extra steps to insure your equipment works when put back in the field.

Every unit must pass our quality control department before leaving the building


All units are "burned in" for a minimum of 8 hours before going to a Quality Control Technician

Units are professionally packaged to insure safe arrival at your location regardless if delivered by FedEx, UPS, or Common Carrier
